Obama’s Racist Pastor Talking Again: Rev. Wright Slams “Them Jews” for Keeping Him from Obama

A reporter from the Daily-Press of Newport News, Virginia, caught up with President Obama’s former mentor and pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, story this week at the 95th annual Hampton University Ministers’ Conference.

Asked if he’s spoken to his former parishioner since he become President, Wright told David Squires, “them Jews ain’t going to let him talk to me. I told my baby daughter that he’ll talk to me in five years when he’s a lame duck, or in eight years when he’s out of office.”

Our President sat in Wright’s church for twenty years, chose to be married by Wright, selected Wright as his ‘spiritual advisor,’ had Wright give the invocation at the launch his Presidential campaign, and named the book that launched his Presidency after one of Wright’s sermons.

Why have we still not gotten a straight answer from Obama on why one of his closest friends is a rabid, anti-American, anti-Semitic racist?

  1. Oddly enough I don’t think Barack Obama is consciously racist despite his church and wife. The reason he joined Rev. Wright’s church was to establish his African-American street cred to his then supporters in Chicago. Don’t forget up to this point Obama’s life was fairly well-off. He had never really been part of the African-American community so this was his calculated way of gaining that acceptance.

What worries me more about Obama is his lack of strong convictions and fair-weather politics. Everything he does is staged and engineered to glorify himself. No conviction means he folds in the face of any foreign crisis, hoping it will fade away.

If Obama were overtly and strongly racist at least I would know he stands for something beyond himself.

  2. One would have to think that the Obamas are also racist, wouldn’t one? Those anti-semitic beliefs surely must have been expressed on the pulpit and elsewhere through the 20 years that these phonies were members in his flock!
